The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says no monitored U.S. travelers developed hantavirus disease following an outbreak aboard the Hondius cruise ship. The agency announced the end of its 42-day monitoring period Tuesday and is continuing to work with health officials in Argentina to better understand the origins of the outbreak and improve future response efforts.
