Dr. Joseph Etienne

Joseph Etienne MD FACP is an exceptionally dedicated infectious disease consultant committed to delivering high-quality care to patients in South Florida. With over twenty years of experience, Dr. Etienne brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to the management of a wide range of infectious conditions.

Dr. Etienne completed his medical training at the renowned University of Miami, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He then pursued residency training in internal medicine at the University of Miami/HCA JFK and a fellowship in infectious diseases at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Etienne is board certified in infectious diseases, internal medicine demonstrating his extensive knowledge and expertise across multiple medical disciplines. He is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish, allowing him to effectively communicate with and serve diverse patient populations.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Etienne has made significant contributions to the field through research, publications, and leadership roles. He has served as the Infection Control Chairman at multiple regional hospitals, where he implemented evidence-based best practices to enhance patient care. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Etienne has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to serving underserved communities. He has actively participated in various volunteer initiatives, including community health fairs, providing medical services to migrant workers, and contributing to humanitarian efforts through Project Medishare.  With his training, expertise, and commitment to patient care, Dr. Etienne is well-equipped to provide exceptional infectious disease care.

Dr. A. Raquel Mateo-Bibeau

Dr. A. Raquel Mateo-Bibeau is a highly skilled infectious disease specialist who is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare to the Palm Beach community. She is affiliated with several local hospitals and has been serving the community since 2005. Dr. Mateo-Bibeau is very compassionate and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She possesses a unique ability to communicate with a diverse patient population while fostering trust and understanding.
Dr. Mateo-Bibeau received her medical degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) in Santo Domingo, D.R. She completed her residency training at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey and her fellowship training in Infectious Disease at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, affiliated with UMDNJ – University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Mateo-Bibeau is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease.

Dr. Terrence Park

Dr. Terrence Park specializes in general infectious diseases; such as, bacteremia, bone infections, cellulitis, encephalitis, endocarditis and in chronic viral infections, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and hepatitis.

Dr. Park graduated from the Northeast Ohio Medical University and performed his internal medicine training at Western Reserve Health Education followed by a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been a member of Atlas Infectious Disease Practice, PLLC since July 2023. Dr. Park is a member of many professional societies, including the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the HIV Medicine Association and the American College of Physicians.

As the principal investigator, Dr. Park has led two research projects on HIV and gave several presentations on the topics of bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic infections.
