He was a member of the Infectious Diseases faculty at Drexel University Medical School in Philadelphia until moving to Palm Beach County in 2005. He is an affiliated assistant professor of medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and coordinates the Infectious Diseases rotation at the Internal Medicine Residency Program at JFK Medical Center, the first of its kind in Palm Beach County. He has been chosen as Attending physician of the year by the JFK Medical Center and Wellington Regional Medical Center internal medicine residents. He is a reviewer for medical journals and an active member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
