Dr. Daniel S. Berman is a board-certified Infectious Disease specialist with over 35 years of clinical experience, committed to delivering exceptional care to patients in South Florida. With extensive expertise and proven leadership in infectious disease management, Dr. Berman brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to complex infectious conditions.

Dr. Berman completed his Fellowship in Infectious Disease at the Manhattan Veterans Administration in affiliation with New York University Medical Center and has been board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases since 1988. His extensive training and decades of clinical experience have established him as a leading expert in the field of infectious diseases.

Dr. Berman is currently affiliated with several hospitals in Florida, including HCA Florida JFK Hospital, Good Samaritan Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, and Select Specialty Hospital. He has also held key leadership positions, including Chief of Infectious Diseases at White Plains Hospital Center and New York Westchester Square Medical Center, where he demonstrated exceptional administrative and clinical leadership capabilities.

Known for his exceptional clinical acumen and deep expertise in infectious diseases, Dr. Berman combines medical excellence with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. He joined Atlas Infectious Disease Practice, PLLC in March 2025 and continues to be a trusted expert in managing complex infectious cases. Fluent in Spanish, he effectively serves a diverse patient population with cultural sensitivity and linguistic proficiency.
